1. Develop and execute business strategies to establish and expand the Hardware & Tools business across Bangladesh.

2. Identify new business opportunities, product categories, suppliers, principals, and strategic partnerships.

3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitor activities, and business potential.

4. Develop the product portfolio by identifying new hardware, hand tools, power tools, industrial tools, and related product lines.

5. Lead new product sourcing, vendor evaluation, commercial negotiation, and product onboarding.

6. Develop and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new products and business segments.

7. Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, profitability analysis, and investment proposals for new business initiatives.

8. Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure successful product launches and business execution.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers, manufacturers, and business partners.

10. Monitor product performance, pricing strategy, inventory movement, and profitability, recommending corrective actions where necessary.

11. Identify opportunities for business expansion through new channels, dealer networks, modern trade, e-commerce, and institutional customers.

12. Drive operational excellence by improving business processes, workflow efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

13. Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, budgets, and operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.

14. Prepare periodic business performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.

15. Lead strategic projects and ensure timely execution to achieve business growth objectives.

16. Stay updated on industry innovations, emerging technologies, and market developments in the Hardware & Tools sector.
