• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Production, Industrialization, Quality Control and Efficiency.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and with a leadership mentality.

• ⁠Energetic, skilled with a good knowledge on material, consumption and floor QC.

• Able to work under pressure and handle diverse, cross-functional tasks as part of a team.

• Production planning, Balance production lines to optimize manpower, reduce bottlenecks, and increase efficiency.

• Analyze production processes and implement methods to reduce waste and cost.

• Conduct time and motion studies to set standard times and improve productivity.

• Analyze production processes and implement methods to reduce waste, rejection rates and cost.

• Calculate machine and manpower capacity for effective production planning.

• Prepare and update SMV for styles and processes.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on order priority.

• Ensure timely execution of orders to meet shipment deadlines.

• Track progress against plan and take corrective actions for delays.

• Liaise with concern teams for smooth workflow and material flow in production.

• Prepare production status and delivery reports.

• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans.
