• M. Pharm/ B. Pharm, M.Sc./ B.Sc. in Chemistry, Bio- Chemistry, Applied Chemistry or B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering from a reputed University

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

• Age At most 30 years

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceuticals/toiletries manufacturing company will be given preference

• Training on CGMP and productivity will be given preference

• Adequate knowledge of MS Office; experience in SAP will be an added advantage.

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor production activities during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations, optimum productivity, and product quality while maintaining compliance

• Prepare shift-wise production reports and other operational documentation accurately within the specified timeframe

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity through process improvements while minimizing process losses

• Train, guide, and supervise team members to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
