Experience:

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic, Steel

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Boiler Competency Certificate/Boiler License (Grade-I/Grade-II) preferred.

• ABC Supervisor License will be considered an added advantage.

• Training on Boiler Operation, Steam System, Water Treatment, Industrial Safety, or biomass power plant operations will be preferred.

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic, Steel

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Experience in Biomass Boiler, Thermal Power Plant, Utility, or Industrial Boiler Operations & Maintenance is a plus.

• Experience in ceramic, textile, steel, cement, FMCG, or heavy manufacturing industries will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain the HAG (Biomass) Boiler and associated utility equipment to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

• Monitor boiler performance, fuel consumption, water quality, and utility parameters to ensure efficient operation.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate shutdowns, repairs, and overhauls of utility equipment.

• Ensure proper operation of fuel handling, ash handling, condensate recovery, and other auxiliary systems.

• Maintain operational records, maintenance reports, and statutory documentation accurately.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while following established SOPs and maintenance procedures.

• Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Instrumentation, and EHS teams to support continuous improvement and perform other duties assigned by management.
