Responsibilities & Context:
* Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
* Ensure smooth production operations while maintaining product quality.
* Implement and monitor Quality Control (QC) procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
* Inspect raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
* Monitor product quality parameters such as moisture, pH, color, odor, and particle size.
* Maintain production records, QC reports, and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety, and environmental regulations.
* Analyze production performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Coordinate with the Procurement, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Sales teams.
* Lead, motivate, and train production personnel.
* Improve production efficiency while minimizing waste and production losses.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality reports for management.
