We are looking for a proactive and result-driven professional to take ownership of our Accounts Receivable portfolio and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining strong client relationships.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Testing & Inspection team by planning work, assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely project delivery.

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee environmental testing, inspection, sampling, and monitoring activities while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

  • Review and validate technical reports, monitoring data, compliance documents, and environmental assessment results before client submission.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, laboratories, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental standards, internal quality procedures, and equipment calibration requirements.

  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members through technical guidance, on-the-job training, and performance improvement initiatives to strengthen overall team capability.

  • Allocate resources, monitor project progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality.

  • Support and lead EIA, EMP, Environmental Audit, ESG, and other environmental consultancy projects as required.
