• Age At least 22 years

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in laboratory operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.

• Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.

• Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing Operations.

• Arrange and perform chemical physically proper testing of products.

• Always monitor whether all the parameters are correct while running the plant

• Wastage control and accountability.

• Machine-wise production planning every day as per customers’ requirements.

• Quality & quantity product production as per management-given target.

• Prepare necessary statements as per management requirement.

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing
  procedures, and complying with legal regulations.
