Responsibilities & Context:
Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production plans based on customer orders and delivery commitments.
Prepare capacity plans considering machine availability, manpower, production efficiency, and lead times.
Monitor production progress against plans and take corrective actions to eliminate bottlenecks.
Prepare and maintain Time & Action (T&A) plans for all production orders.
Ensure smooth execution of production schedules to achieve output, quality, and shipment targets.
Coordinate with production departments to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Analyze production variances and implement improvement initiatives.
Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress) and maintain balanced production flow.
