Responsibilities & Context:
· Plan, organize, and supervise daily dyeing and finishing production activities.
· Ensure production schedules are achieved while maintaining required quality standards.
· Optimize machine utilization, manpower allocation, and production efficiency.
· Ensure proper execution of dyeing recipes and finishing parameters.
· Monitor shade consistency, color matching, GSM, width, shrinkage, and fabric appearance.
· Troubleshoot dyeing and finishing issues to minimize reprocessing.
· Lead continuous process improvements for higher productivity and lower production costs.
· Introduce innovative dyeing and finishing technologies.
· Support technical discussions with buyers regarding quality and process improvements.
· Handle technical issues related to dyeing and finishing.
