• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in textile manufacturing, preferably in both Knit and Woven factories.

• Strong knowledge of weaving, dyeing, printing, fabric construction, and composition.

• Practical understanding of the complete production process, from cutting to finishing.

• Must be willing to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.

Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing overall textile production operations, ensuring production targets, quality, efficiency, cost control, and timely delivery while optimizing manpower, machinery, and resources.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor daily, monthly, and annual production targets.

• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and production capacity.

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, wastage, downtime, and production costs.

• Develop strategies for process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Merchandising, and Commercial teams.

• Ensure production meets required quality and customer standards.

• Manage manpower planning, departmental KPIs, and team performance.

• Prepare and control the annual production budget.

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

• Develop and implement production SOPs, policies, and improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Prepare production reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
