Job Context:

Argon Denims Limited is a denim fabric manufacturing company and a concern of Evince Group. We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound Diploma Engineer (Civil) to support our civil, construction, and maintenance activities at the factory.

Job Responsibilities:

a. On the ground, supervise day-to-day civil construction, renovation, and maintenance works within the factory premises.

b. Inspect building structures, drainage, roads, and utility areas, and report any defects or safety concerns.

c. Prepare estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and measurement sheets for civil works.

d. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure work is done on time and to the required quality standard.

e. Check the quality of construction materials and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.

f. Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and work-related documentation.

g. Support compliance requirements related to building safety and factory infrastructure, including buyer and regulatory audits.

h. Perform any other related tasks assigned by the management.
