We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Fulfillment & Inventory Executive to manage daily order fulfillment, inventory operations, courier coordination, and delivery-related problem-solving.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operations management, solving problems, and ensuring customers receive the right products on time.

Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

• Process and verify daily customer orders.

• Ensure correct product, color, size, and quantity before shipment.

• Coordinate with the packaging team to maintain accuracy.

• Ensure all orders are dispatched on time.

• Monitor order flow and identify operational bottlenecks.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records.

• Track inventory movement (Stock In / Stock Out).

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.

• Report inventory shortages, damages, and discrepancies.

• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory efficiently.

Courier Coordination & Issue Resolution

• Handle incoming calls and communications from courier companies.

• Resolve delivery-related issues quickly and professionally.

• Follow up on delayed, stuck, or failed deliveries.

• Coordinate parcel reshipment, returns, and exchanges.

• Verify courier charges and delivery reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with courier partners.

Customer Delivery Support

• Investigate missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments.

• Coordinate with customer support to resolve delivery complaints.

• Ensure customer issues are handled promptly and professionally.

Reporting & Operations

• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.

• Monitor delivery success rate and return rate.

• Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Quality Control

• Perform final shipment verification before dispatch.

• Ensure packaging quality standards are maintained.

• Minimize packing and fulfillment errors.

Requirements

Education

• HSC, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree (completed or running).

Skills & Qualifications

• Good computer skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Quick learner with a positive attitude.

• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in E-commerce Operations.

• Experience with Inventory Management.

• Experience handling Courier Operations.

• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Facebook Commerce, or similar platforms.
