We are looking for a dedicated, patient, and customer-focused Customer Care Agent who can professionally handle customer inquiries, build trust, and provide excellent service throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

  • Provide accurate information about products, offers, delivery, exchange, and return policies.

  • Guide customers throughout the ordering process.

Order Support

  • Confirm customer orders when required.

  • Verify customer information and delivery details.

  • Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure smooth order processing.

Complaint Resolution

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and respectfully.

  • Resolve product, delivery, exchange, and refund-related issues.

  • Follow up until customer issues are successfully resolved.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build trust and maintain positive customer relationships.

  • Ensure a pleasant customer experience at every touchpoint.

  • Encourage repeat purchases through excellent service.

Record Keeping & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Update customer notes and issue statuses.

  • Prepare daily customer service reports.

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with fulfillment, inventory, and management teams when necessary.

  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors promptly.


Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum HSC or Bachelor's Degree (Running/Completed).

Skills & Qualifications

✔ Excellent communication skills in Bangla.

✔ Basic English reading and writing ability.

✔ Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

✔ Professional, polite, and patient attitude.

✔ Ability to handle difficult situations calmly.

✔ Basic computer knowledge.

✔ Familiarity with Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and common office tools.

✔ Fast learner with a positive mindset.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Center.

  • Experience in E-commerce Customer Support.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and order management systems.
