Dedicated Customer Care Agent
Full-Time
Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about products, offers, delivery, exchange, and return policies.
Guide customers throughout the ordering process.
Confirm customer orders when required.
Verify customer information and delivery details.
Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure smooth order processing.
Handle customer complaints professionally and respectfully.
Resolve product, delivery, exchange, and refund-related issues.
Follow up until customer issues are successfully resolved.
Build trust and maintain positive customer relationships.
Ensure a pleasant customer experience at every touchpoint.
Encourage repeat purchases through excellent service.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Update customer notes and issue statuses.
Prepare daily customer service reports.
Coordinate with fulfillment, inventory, and management teams when necessary.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors promptly.
Minimum HSC or Bachelor's Degree (Running/Completed).
✔ Excellent communication skills in Bangla.
✔ Basic English reading and writing ability.
✔ Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
✔ Professional, polite, and patient attitude.
✔ Ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
✔ Basic computer knowledge.
✔ Familiarity with Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and common office tools.
✔ Fast learner with a positive mindset.
Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Center.
Experience in E-commerce Customer Support.
Familiarity with CRM tools and order management systems.
Based on experience and performance.
