Job Context:
∎ LeeWear is currently recruiting skilled staff for a company in Dhaka. The client is one of the eCommerce of lifestyle products in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with Customer,
∎ Warehouse and Logistics to ensure orders are booked, available and shipped, as per the requirement of the customer.
∎ Prepare shipping documentation for both Local and Export Sales (e.g. Sales Quotation, Sales Order, Invoices, Packing List, Shipping Instructions, etc).
∎ Upload product data in social media and other marketplaces.
∎ Ensure that all documentation is encoded/sorted in the stock system.
∎ File all documentation in an orderly fashion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to follow all instructions
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Planning and organising skills.
∎ Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level.
