Experience Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in factory operations/production management.
• At least 5 years in a senior management position.
• Lock factory experience will be preferred

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of quality control, inventory management, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage factory manpower, productivity, and performance.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Maintenance, HR, and Finance departments.
• Oversee overall factory operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets.
• Monitor production planning, inventory control, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze operational performance and prepare management reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure timely delivery of products according to customer requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
