• BSc in physics, chemistry or other subject in science or Diploma in the relevant subject.

• Minimum 5 years experience in industry. For more experienced personnel, education qualification could be relaxed.

Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL), is looking for some competent candidates for the Position of "Supervisor (Modified Bitumen)- Process" at Hazaribagh, South Keraniganj, Dhaka.

• Closely monitor & supervise both DCS & FIELD operations for smooth start-up and shut-down operations.

• Record & report any major operational deviations & take immediate corrective actions as per Shift In-Charge's instructions.

• Explain & ensure preparations of equipment for maintenance to area outside operators and discusses safety procedures to ensure proper isolation and securing of equipment before any maintenance work begins.

• Oversee and train the new operators (DCS & FIELD) on the safe operation various machinery and suggest improvements where necessary.

• Prepare & assist in preparation of necessary plant - operational reports as instructed by Shift In-Charge.

• Ensure the safe shutdown, isolation and blow down of relevant Section / plant during emergency situations.

• Calculate stock & prepare various chemical solutions for dosing in different process units.

• As per company policy.
