BSc in ME/EEE/ IPE/ Food Technology/ Chemical or related field.

• Age At most 30 years

• Educational qualification can be flexible for well deserving/ highly experienced.

• Proven experience in supervising of bakery (dry cake/ toast/ cookies) production or Food manufacturing.

• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance (FSSC, GMP).

• Proficiency in MS Office package, strong leadership, negotiation, influencing and communication skill.

• Motivated, situation handler, team player, consistent in action and behavior, able to work under pressure.

• Plan and execute manpower, machine, and material (3M) resources to achieve production targets efficiently.

• Supervise production operations in compliance with approved procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Monitor production performance, identify process bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Drive waste reduction, defect elimination, process optimization, and workplace excellence through Lean, Kaizen, and 5S practices.

• Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and optimum productivity.
