Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage all factory operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and dispatch activities.
Develop and implement production plans to ensure timely achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, and manpower productivity to maximize operational performance.
Ensure compliance with approved formulations, production processes, quality standards, and company SOPs.
Coordinate with the Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
Supervise inventory management activities, including raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials, ensuring stock accuracy and proper record keeping.
Lead and manage factory employees, supervisors, and departmental personnel, ensuring discipline, productivity, and teamwork.
Ensure proper maintenance of machinery, equipment, and factory infrastructure through preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce wastage, and control costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety standards, environmental requirements, and applicable labor laws.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain product quality, operational efficiency, and workplace safety.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, inventory, quality, manpower, and overall factory performance.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Accounts, and Management teams to ensure smooth business operations and timely order fulfillment.
