• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) or a relevant electrical engineering discipline.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized polytechnic institute or technical institution.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged)

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Direct, practical experience maintaining industrial machinery, electrical motors, control panels, drives, sensors, and production equipment is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in generator maintenance, industrial dryer maintenance, and gas boiler maintenance is highly preferred.
• Experience with extruders, pre-conditioners, hammer mills, conveyors, and other feed mill machinery will be an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, equipment breakdown troubleshooting, and electrical fault diagnosis.

Job Responsibilities

• Practical hands on experience about Direct-On-Line (DOL) Wiring, Star-Delta (S/D) Wiring, Soft Starter & VFD Wiring, Reversing (Forward/Reverse) Wiring.
• Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery, including extruders, pre-conditioners, hammer mills, conveyors, and other related equipment.
• Conduct regular maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of industrial generators, dryers, and gas boilers to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted factory operations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor a Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP) to minimize equipment breakdowns and production downtime.
• Inspect, install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, industrial motors, control panels, drives, sensors, wiring, and other electrical components.
• Diagnose electrical and equipment faults, identify root causes, and perform corrective maintenance to restore machinery operation promptly.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical control systems, motor starters, contactors, relays, circuit breakers, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Monitor the performance of production machinery, generators, dryers, boilers, and associated electrical systems to ensure operational reliability.
• Inspect electrical connections, power distribution systems, and safety devices to identify potential hazards and prevent equipment failure.
• Maintain maintenance records, machinery service logs, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor spare parts inventory, identify essential maintenance requirements, and prepare purchase requisitions for necessary tools, components, and spare parts.
• Prepare daily equipment status updates and weekly maintenance reports for the Factory Manager.
