A responsible, detail-oriented person with strong leadership ability.· Experience in handicraft, textile or export-oriented QC will be given preference; however, freshers are encouraged to apply.· Familiarity with quality standards and compliance (BSCI / SEDEX) is an advantage.· Willing to work full-time at our factory in Gazipur.
Responsibilities & Context:
Establish and maintain quality control standards and inspection procedures across the production line.
Conduct in-process, final, and pre-shipment inspections to ensure product quality.
Lead, train, and supervise the QC team while guiding artisans and production staff on quality requirements.
Ensure products meet buyer specifications and compliance standards including BSCI and SEDEX.
Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce rejection and wastage.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and management to resolve quality issues efficiently.
Maintain QC documentation, inspection reports, and quality records for audits and review.
Monitor quality performance and report defect trends and improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company quality policies, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Report to the designated management authority and perform any additional tasks assigned by management as required.
