Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise the activities of the QAD and ensure smooth daily operations of the department.
Conduct sampling and analysis of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG).
Prepare and maintain test reports for Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG).
Maintain laboratory reference documents for RM, PM, and FG.
Prepare and update SOPs, specifications, and other quality documents as required.
Preserve reference samples of RM, PM, and FG as per standard procedures.
Perform routine QAD activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain proper housekeeping and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in all laboratory activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodology.
