Experience:

• 4 to 5 years

• Proven experience in operations, with a focus on creating Bill of Lading, pricing, and issuing delivery orders.

• Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships within the transportation and logistics industry.

• Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping practices (preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications·

• Proficiency in English (both written & spoken).

• Create and manage Bill of Lading (B/L) documents accurately and efficiently for outgoing shipments.

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to determine pricing services, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

• Issue delivery orders (DO) to carriers and shipping lines, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

• Collect and analyze quotations from carriers, vendors, and service providers to support pricing and operational decisions.

• Ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.    

• Maintain proper correspondents with Customs, shipping line, C&F and other concerned offices accordingly.

• Build and maintain strong networks within the industry, including carriers, vendors, customs officials, and other relevant stakeholders.
