Experience Requirements

• 03 to 07 years

• Experience in Commercial Broiler Farm Management

• Business Area: Poultry

Additional Requirements

• Age: Not more than 40 years

• Strong knowledge of Broiler Management

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and planning skills

• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and team player

Job Context

• The Manager – Chicken Broiler Farm in Rangpur. Will be responsible for overall broiler farm operations, ensuring productivity, bio-security, quality standards, and cost control in line with company policy and budget.

Job Responsibilities

• To run a Chicken Broiler Farm independently

• Supervise broiler farm operations ensuring bird health, body weight, and bio-security standards

• Monitor vaccination, medication schedules, QA checks, and hygiene in coordination with Micro Lab

• Control production cost of chicks

• Monitor feed, medicine, and disinfectant inventory, including expiry and quantity

• Planning and budgeting

• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and bio-security requirements

• Develop, motivate, and retain high-potential team members
