Miah & Sons Industries Ltd. is a leading packaging and printing manufacturer. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Factory Auto Plant Operation Manager to oversee our production operations and ensure smooth factory performance.
1. Plan, organize, and oversee daily factory operations to achieve production targets.
2. Ensure efficient operation of all production machinery and automated plant systems.
3. Monitor production schedules and coordinate with departments to ensure on-time delivery.
4. Manage raw material, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory.
5. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet customer and company standards.
6. Optimize machine utilization, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
7. Minimize production downtime through preventive maintenance and effective troubleshooting.
8. Control production costs, reduce wastage, and improve process efficiency.
9. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company regulations.
10. Supervise and lead production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
11. Prepare and analyze production reports, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
12. Coordinate with sales, planning, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
13. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
14. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, audit requirements, and industry standards.
15. Train, develop, and evaluate employees to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
16. Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
17. Support new product development and process improvement projects.
18. Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of factory premises and equipment.
Monitor overall plant performance and recommend strategic improvements to management.
