Responsibilities & Context:
Mechanical Engineers in the Automatic Corrugated Packaging Industry
- Develop mechanical designs for new machinery and automated assembly lines for packing, sealing, labeling, and stacking corrugated products.
- Build and test prototypes of new designs to validate concepts before full production.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and plans for new and modified equipment.
- Investigate equipment failures and operational difficulties to diagnose problems and recommend lasting solutions.
- Work with maintenance and operations teams to improve machinery performance and output quality.
- Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams.
- Conduct performance tests and reliability analyses.
