We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to lead our newest initiatives. If you love bridging Python AI research with robust C# enterprise systems, join us.

The Role: You will architect, develop, and deploy advanced Machine Learning (ML) solutions. A core focus will be designing and training Deep Learning (DL) models. You will craft bespoke neural architectures tailored to our proprietary datasets. You will spearhead our transition into Generative AI (Gen AI) enterprise applications. Leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), you will build intelligent, scalable features. You will implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for accurate data retrieval.

Advanced AI Responsibilities: We are moving beyond simple chat interfaces into fully autonomous systems. You will design, build, and orchestrate complex Agent AI frameworks. A key responsibility will be structuring A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication pipelines. You will utilize the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to standardize context integrations. Furthermore, you will automate multi-step AI workflows and toolchains utilizing n8n.

Technical Requirements:

·        Languages: Deep expertise in both Python and C# is strictly required.

·        Machine Learning: Extensive experience with MSML (ML.NET) and Python ML stacks.

·        IDE: Must be highly proficient working daily within Visual Studio 2022.

·        Databases: Strong backend data skills using either SQL Server or Oracle.

Core Competencies:

·        ML, DL, and modern Neural Architecture design and optimization.

·        Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deployment of foundational LLMs.

·        Building robust RAG pipelines and vector database integrations.

·        Developing Agent AI and managing complex A2A interactions.

·        Workflow automation, data routing, and orchestration using n8n.

·        Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) standards for AI tooling.

Who You Are: You are a problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of data and software engineering. You can take a conceptual AI model and integrate it seamlessly into a C# backend. You write clean, scalable code and are comfortable navigating Visual Studio 2022. You possess strong SQL skills to manage, transform, and query large datasets effectively.
