• Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture

• Age 20 to 50 years

1. Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion.

2. Develop innovative design concepts, space planning, and presentation materials.

3. Prepare and review architectural, interior, working, and shop drawings.

4. Lead client meetings, design presentations, and project discussions.

5. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and project teams.

6. Ensure design quality, functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with project requirements.

7. Review and approve construction drawings and material specifications.

8. Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical solutions during project execution.

9. Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

10. Ensure compliance with BNBC, RAJUK regulations, fire safety requirements, and industry standards.

11. Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and technical documentation.

12. Supervise Assistant Architects, Interior Designers, Draftsmen, and 3D Visualizers.

13. Evaluate design changes and resolve technical and construction-related issues.

14. Coordinate procurement of interior finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorative materials.

15. Ensure quality control during project execution and final handover.

16. Support business development by assisting with design proposals, project estimation, and client acquisition.

17. Maintain proper documentation, reports, and project records.
