Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and supervise multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously.
Manage and mentor Project Engineers and site teams.
Prepare project execution plans and monitor project schedules.
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress, budgets, material usage, and resource allocation.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements.
Prepare project reports and update management on project status.
Support management in improving project execution processes and team
