Responsibilities & Context:
* 3–5+ years of professional experience.
* Strong knowledge of Interior & Exterior Design.
* Able to prepare BOQ, Material Specifications & Cost Estimation.
* Excellent client handling and presentation skills.
* Experience in site supervision and project execution.
* Capable of managing a complete project independently from concept to handover.
* Strong design sense and creativity.
* Excellent skills in realistic 3D visualization.
* Good understanding of space planning, color, lighting, and materials.
* Proficiency in SketchUp, D5 Render, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
* Ability to produce high-quality presentation renders within deadlines.
* Able to handle complete interior design projects independently.
* Experience preparing BOQ, Working Drawings, and Material Selection.
* Strong coordination with clients and site teams.
* Ability to meet project deadlines and maintain professional quality.
