• Membership of the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) is mandatory.

• Experience in government projects, commercial developments, residential buildings, or institutional projects will receive preference.

• Experience in preparing authority submission drawings is desirable.

We are seeking a creative, technically competent, and highly motivated Architect to join our Architecture Department. The successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of architectural and planning projects, including commercial, residential, institutional, government, and mixed-use developments. The role requires strong design capability, technical detailing, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to manage project deliverables from concept through construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare innovative architectural concepts and design proposals.

• Develop architectural drawings from concept to construction stage.

• Produce detailed working drawings, submission drawings, and construction documentation.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and project management teams.

• Prepare presentation drawings, design reports, and client presentation materials.

• Ensure compliance with BNBC, local authority requirements, and relevant building regulations.

• Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings.

• Review contractor shop drawings and respond to technical queries.

• Assist in preparing feasibility studies, master plans, and urban development proposals.

• Develop 3D models and high-quality architectural visualizations.

• Prepare schedules, material specifications, and design documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities when required.

• Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.

• Ensure timely delivery of assigned design tasks.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of design quality and office standards.
