  We are looking for an energetic and responsible Site Engineer who enjoys working in the field and can effectively manage construction activities. The ideal candidate is technically sound, organized, capable of handling multiple responsibilities, and committed to maintaining quality, safety, and timely project delivery. Candidates with a positive attitude, willingness to travel to project sites, and enthusiasm for working on both government and private sector projects will be highly valued.

We are looking for a proactive, technically competent, and result-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to supervise construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, monitor project progress, and maintain compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating site operations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within the required quality standards.

This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging building and infrastructure projects while developing practical expertise in construction supervision and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.

• Monitor construction quality and compliance with BNBC, relevant codes, and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.

• Inspect reinforcement, formwork, concrete casting, finishing works, and other construction activities.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

• Monitor project schedules and assist in achieving project milestones.

• Verify work quantities and support measurement for contractor billing.

• Identify construction defects and recommend corrective actions.

• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.

• Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and resources.

• Participate in site meetings and prepare technical reports.

• Maintain accurate site documentation, inspection records, and photographs.

• Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

• Support project managers in planning, coordination, and project execution.

• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.

• Assist in handing over completed projects and preparing snag lists.
