Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare architectural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD.
Develop 3D architectural models using SketchUp.
Create high-quality architectural renderings and walkthroughs using Lumion or similar rendering software.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project teams to incorporate design requirements.
Revise drawings and 3D models based on feedback and project changes.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes and project specifications.
Assist in site visits, design presentations, and project documentation when required.
Maintain organized project files and meet assigned project deadlines.
