Experience:

• 5 to 10 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil

• 5 to 10 years

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Preference will be given to candidates having overseas work experience, particularly in the Middle East or Malaysia.

• Must be competent in a National Skills Certificate (NSC) in any civil trade.

• Must hold BNQF Level–2 Certification, including:

• Masonry Level–2

• Rod Binding Level–2

• CBT&A/CBA Methodology Level 4 certification is mandatory.

• Sound knowledge of competency-based training, assessment, and construction site practices.

• Physically and mentally fit to perform training and field-related responsibilities.

• Strong communication, leadership, and classroom & assessment management skills.

• Conduct theoretical and practical training in Civil Construction trades, including Masonry, Rod Binding, Shuttering, Carpentry, and other related occupations.

• Deliver training in accordance with Competency Standards (CS), Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLM), lesson plans, assessment guidelines, and other approved training procedures.

• Maintain a disciplined, learner-friendly, and productive classroom and workshop environment.

• Prepare, review, and continuously improve training plans, lesson plans, and instructional materials.

• Conduct competency-based assessments and evaluate trainees in line with national training standards.

• Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and safety of all training tools, equipment, and machinery.

• Provide technical guidance and demonstrate best practices in construction site supervision within the construction sector.
