Experience:
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from any recognized and reputed university.

Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structure construction.
Excellent understanding of machine foundation design and execution.
Sound knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying and cost estimation.
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D, 3D), MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Knowledge of construction planning software will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Capable of handling multiple industrial projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for project supervision.
Job Context
Sanji Group of Companies is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer (Civil) to lead and supervise industrial construction projects, including factory buildings, steel structure works, heavy machine foundations, warehouses, utility buildings and infrastructure development. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in industrial projects, strong technical knowledge and the ability to execute projects efficiently while maintaining quality, safety and project schedules.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, supervise and execute all civil construction activities of industrial projects.
Design review, execution and monitoring of machine foundations for heavy industrial equipment.
Supervise construction of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), steel structure buildings, industrial sheds, warehouses and factory infrastructure.
Review and interpret structural, architectural and shop drawings for construction execution.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural designers, contractors and project stakeholders.
Prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, rate analysis and project budgets.
Prepare project schedules and monitor work progress to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and engineering standards.
Supervise excavation, piling (if required), RCC works, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete casting and finishing works.
Monitor fabrication and erection quality of steel structures.
Prepare Material Purchase Requisition (MPR), verify Material Receiving Reports (MRR) and coordinate procurement activities.
Ensure quality control of construction materials through laboratory tests and inspection.
Monitor contractors, subcontractors, consultants and site engineers.
Ensure workplace safety, quality standards and environmental compliance.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
Handle project documentation, measurement books, billing verification and work certifications.
Resolve technical issues during project execution.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
