Responsibilities & Context:
Provide after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for construction equipment, including Concrete Machinery, Excavators, Wheel Loaders, and Cranes.
Minimise equipment downtime through timely resolution of technical issues and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with customers and the parts team to ensure the availability and timely supply of spare parts.
Conduct technical training, product demonstrations, and presentations for customers and internal teams.
Maintain strong customer relationships, address concerns, and provide technical documentation through the manufacturer's database.
Prepare service reports, warranty claims, FSR, FIR, TSI, and other required technical documents.
Report service activities, customer feedback, and performance metrics to management and principal representatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and principal service standards while supporting continuous service improvement initiatives.
Candidates must have at least 3–4 years of experience in a related field.
