Responsibilities & Context:
Provide professional customer service and technical support for all types of heavy equipment
Professionally attend the site to identify the machine’s problem.
Coordinate with the parts team and the operation of the customer’s parts delivery/receiving issues.
Maintain proper documentation of all machine services.
Provide instant feedback to both the client and the concerned authority.
Willing to travel anytime and anywhere if required within Bangladesh.
Ready to go for training, workshop or seminar out of the country.
Freshers with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
