• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Electrical
• Diploma in Marine Engineering

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Port Service

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

Key Responsibilities for Service Engineer - Port Machinery:

• Provide after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for construction equipment, including Concrete Machinery, Excavators, Wheel Loaders, and Cranes.

• Minimise equipment downtime through timely resolution of technical issues and preventive maintenance.

• Coordinate with customers and the parts team to ensure the availability and timely supply of spare parts.

• Conduct technical training, product demonstrations, and presentations for customers and internal teams.

• Maintain strong customer relationships, address concerns, and provide technical documentation through the manufacturer's database.

• Prepare service reports, warranty claims, FSR, FIR, TSI, and other required technical documents.

• Report service activities, customer feedback, and performance metrics to management and principal representatives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and principal service standards while supporting continuous service improvement initiatives.

• Candidates must have at least 3–4 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities for Asst. Service Engineers – Construction Machinery:

• Provide professional customer service and technical support for all types of heavy equipment

• Professionally attend the site to identify the machine’s problem.

• Coordinate with the parts team and assist with the operation of the customer’s parts delivery/receiving issues.

• Maintain proper documentation of all machine services.

• Provide instant feedback to both the client and the concerned authority.

• Willing to travel anytime and anywhere if required within Bangladesh.

• Ready to go for training, workshop or seminar out of the country.
