• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials

• Diploma in Civil
• Diploma in Architecture

• Diploma in Civil Engineering,

• Diploma in Architecture from any reputed Institute.

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials

• Age At most 30 years

Experience:

• 8 to 10 Years of Interior work (Residence & Corporate Office/Bank project)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in AutoCad, MS Excel, Word etc

• Strong understanding of interion drawing design & specification.

• Effective leadership, problem solving and team work skill.

Workplace: Work at site

Job Responsibility:

• Supervise day to day activities and ensure work progress as per project schedule.

• Oversee all finishing work and maintaining superior quality standard.

• Coordinate with Project Manager, Architects, and sub-Contractor to ensure Design compliance.

• Verify materials quality, quantity and labour performance at site.

• Prepare daily weekly progress report for management.

• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standard are strictly followed at the site.

• Assist BOQ preparation, Estimate & Cost control.

• Support site inspection, handover and quality audit.

• Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience & qualification

• Festival Bonus (Equivalent of Basic Salary), Yearly increment and others facility as per company policy.
