Junior Architect / Interior Designer

(3D Visualization & Space Planning)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements, preferences, budget and design expectations.

• Prepare project brief and develop creative design concepts according to client requirements.

• Perform site visits, site measurements and analyze space conditions.

• Develop functional and aesthetic space planning solutions for residential, commercial and corporate projects.

• Prepare furniture layout, floor plan, ceiling plan, lighting plan, electrical layout and detailed working drawings.

• Create mood boards, material boards and professional design presentations.

• Select appropriate materials, finishes, colors, furniture and lighting solutions.

• Develop 3D interior models, realistic renderings and animation walkthrough presentations.

• Prepare BOQ, material estimation and furniture detail drawings.

• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, vendors and clients for proper execution.

• Monitor site implementation and ensure work quality according to approved drawings.

• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project process.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.

• Candidates with strong design sense and professional portfolio will be preferred.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in Interior Design / Architectural Design.

• Freshers with excellent portfolio and software skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Software Skills:

• AutoCAD – 2D Layout, Furniture Layout, Working Drawing & Detail Drawing.

• SketchUp – 3D Interior Modeling & Design Development.

• V-Ray / Enscape – Photorealistic Rendering & Design Visualization.

• Twinmotion / Blender – 3D Animation & Virtual Walkthrough Presentation.

• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator – Design Presentation & Image Editing.

• Adobe InDesign – Portfolio & Presentation Layout.

Additional Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Interior Materials (Board, Laminate, Glass, SS, Lighting, Paint & Finishing Materials).

• Understanding of Interior Construction Details and Site Execution.

• Ability to communicate with clients and project teams.

• Creative thinking, problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Must have previous Design Portfolio, 3D Render, Animation Walkthrough, Layout and Working Drawing samples.
