Cyanic Calix is a leading indenting and engineering solutions company representing renowned global manufacturers serving the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors of Bangladesh. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Manager - Sales & Marketing.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote Pharmaceutical Machinery and HVAC products and solutions.

• Develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

• Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Lead negotiations with clients and coordinate with overseas principals.

• Achieve sales targets, prepare sales reports, and contribute to business growth.

• Coordinate with teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.

• Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to improve overall performance.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc. in ME, EEE, or a related engineering discipline from a recognized university.

• MBA in Marketing or a related discipline will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 8-10years of experience in a similar role within a

o Pharmaceuticals trading company or related intending firm

Additional Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English

• Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery, HVAC systems & cleanroom solutions.

• Ability to understand technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills.

• Positive attitude, strategic thinking ability & willingness to travel for business purposes.
