Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Diploma Civil Engineer to act as a Site Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site interior fit-out and civil construction works, ensuring that all execution aligns perfectly with approved designs, quality standards, and strict project deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out and civil construction works, ensuring execution matches approved architectural and structural drawings.

• Measurement & Estimation: Take precise site measurements, prepare work schedules, and draft daily/weekly progress reports.

• Quantity Surveying: Verify Bill of Quantities (BOQs), estimate quantities, track material consumption, and manage site inventory to minimize wastage.

• Quality & Safety: Ensure rigorous quality control of materials and workmanship. Implement and monitor strict on-site safety standards (OHSE) and project compliance.

• Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with architects, MEP teams, sub-contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.

• Resource Management: Oversee daily labor management, assign tasks, and monitor the productivity of site workers and sub-contractors.

• Billing Support: Cross-check sub-contractor bills against actual physical progress and site measurements.

• Timely Delivery: Ensure the timely completion, final finishing, and smooth handover of assigned projects.
