Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults under the guidance of senior engineers.
Monitor daily machine performance and report abnormalities.
Maintain maintenance records and daily checklists.
Assist in the installation, commissioning, and relocation of machinery.
Ensure proper maintenance of compressors, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, electrical panels, and other factory utilities.
Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping practices.
Coordinate with production to minimize machine downtime.
