Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in planning and executing preventive and breakdown maintenance
Ensure smooth operation of plastic injection molding, extrusion, offset printing, cutting, and packaging machines
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams to minimize downtime
Maintain records of machine maintenance, spare parts, and utilities
Supervise technicians and maintenance staff on daily activities
Ensure proper maintenance of utilities (compressors, generators, boilers, chillers, etc.)
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machines
Ensure safety compliance and proper use of tools and equipment
Participate in continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
