Requirements:
Skills Required: AutoCAD,Communication and interpersonal skill,MS Office,Work Under Pressure

Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and monitor civil construction, renovation, and maintenance works.
Ensure construction work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Prepare project schedules, work plans, progress reports, BOQ, and necessary technical documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Monitor construction materials and ensure proper quality and quantity.
Review and verify contractor bills and work measurements.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
