• Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and daily reporting systems.

• Promote and sell the company's products/services in the assigned territory.

• Achieve the assigned sales targets through effective market coverage and customer engagement.

• Conduct daily route-wise retailer visits and ensure completion of assigned visit targets.

• Identify and develop new customers, retailers, and business opportunities.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business growth.

• Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and submit regular market reports.

• Provide first-level support in resolving customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

• Prepare and submit daily sales, visit, order, and collection reports to the reporting manager.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and operational guidelines.

• Coordinate effectively with team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

• Travel to any location within Bangladesh as required by the company.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
