Position

Interior Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior construction and finishing works.

• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.

• Coordinate with architects, project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

• Monitor project quality, workmanship, and safety standards.

• Measure completed work and verify contractor bills.

• Manage labor teams and subcontractors efficiently.

• Identify site issues and provide practical solutions.

• Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.

• Maintain proper documentation of site activities.

• Attend client meetings and site inspections when required.

• Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper usage to minimize wastage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.

• Freshers with excellent practical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

• Good understanding of interior finishing materials and construction methods.

• Ability to read architectural, working, and shop drawings.

• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation will be an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

• Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
