Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of SketchUp.
- Experience with Lumion, D5 Render, or Enscape.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for project site visits.

Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
- Develop creative 3D models and realistic renderings.
- Assist in architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and prepare site reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
- Estimate project quantities and assist in cost optimization.
- Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and company standards.
- Support project execution and monitor site progress.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and site conditions.
- Maintain proper project documentation and drawing records.
- Attend client meetings and assist senior architects during presentations.
- Perform any additional architectural or project-related tasks assigned by management.
