CHARU Interior & Architects is one of Bangladesh's emerging interior design and architectural firms, delivering innovative residential, commercial, office, restaurant, showroom, and hospitality projects. We are looking for a smart, disciplined, trustworthy, Serious, dedicated and proactive individual to work closely with the Managing Director as an Office Assistant (Admin).
Office Assistant – Admin
Assist the Managing Director in all administrative and office-related activities.
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare, organize, and maintain files, documents, and confidential records.
Draft letters, quotations, reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and official communications professionally.
Coordinate with different departments for daily operational activities.
Manage the MD's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Remind the MD of important deadlines, meetings, and follow-ups.
Attend meetings with the MD and prepare meeting notes.
Maintain confidentiality regarding company and client information.
Handle sensitive documents with professionalism.
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and official visits when necessary.
Assist in preparing presentations and business documents.
Coordination & Follow-up
Follow up with employees regarding assigned tasks and deadlines.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, architects, vendors, and clients.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Monitor pending tasks and submit regular updates to the MD.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain attendance records and administrative documents.
Organize digital and physical filing systems.
Assist in HR and administrative documentations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, English, or any relevant discipline.
Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills may apply.
1–3 years of experience in Office Administration, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant roles will be preferred. Freshers are encouraged to apply
Experience in an Interior Design, Architectural, Construction, or Corporate office will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to prepare reports, letters, and official documents.
Good typing speed in both Bangla and English.
Strong follow-up and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Smart, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
High level of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
Must be punctual and disciplined.
Must be available to support the MD whenever required.
Willingness to work beyond regular office hours if necessary.
Ability to travel for official purposes when required.
