Responsibilities & Context:
Position: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor (Interior)
Company: CHARU Interior & Architects
CHARU Interior & Architects is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects and ensure quality execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day interior site activities.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment.
Prepare daily progress reports and ensure timely project completion.
Identify and resolve on-site technical issues.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision. (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.)
Good understanding of interior finishing works, furniture, gypsum, electrical, plumbing, painting, and ceiling works.
Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
