CHARU Interior & Architects is a growing interior design and architectural consultancy committed to delivering creative, functional, and premium-quality design solutions. We are looking for a highly dedicated, trustworthy.

PA come office Admin (Female) will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, smart, proactive, flexible, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality while working closely with the MD in day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office and the MD's daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.

  • Coordinate office operations and executive communications.

  • Attend meetings with the MD and prepare meeting minutes.

  • Follow up on ongoing projects with architects, clients, vendors, and contractors.

  • Draft letters, reports, presentations, and official documents.

  • Maintain confidential company and executive information.

  • Assist the MD during client meetings, site visits, and business events.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.

  • Handle urgent assignments outside normal office hours when necessary.

  • Represent the MD professionally when communicating with clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.

  • Bachelor's degree Any (Business Administration, Diploma in arc or civil, Architecture, English, or a related field preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Must be well-groomed, Smart, well-presented, and professional.

  • Able to travel for meetings and site visits when required.

  • Highly trustworthy, discreet, and capable of handling confidentiality.

  • Flexible working attitude with the ability to prioritize executive needs.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Positive, proactive, and dedicated to supporting executive operations.

  • Professional and must have to be mature personality.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and loyalty to the organization.

  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
